I m friends with a physionomist . Basically in good clubs there are some standards.
for women you have to be over 170cm ( or wear super high heels if you're not that tall ), . Ideally thin ,or thin with boobs . Dress elegant but still sexy . Basically the women are the product , you let in the best looking ones cause more men will pay stuff for them .
Then the men you have to also be tall look rich ideally be white and good looking .
