I hate feeling cold so easily

i cant sleep next to someone usually because they like to turn on the ac and that’s too cold for me

classrooms have always been too cold for me because of that

anything like below 25c is cold to me, ive usually always been shivering all winter in school i think

me too and especially my feet and my fingers and my ears they get the coldest and i start shivering all the time and i have no clue what to do

idk its around 30c now but they have tje ac on
but usually even in 40c i dont like the ac on its too cold like the temps down to 25c
