Hello, I am looking to glow up, I've been trying to do it for months or even a year but now and I am still chopped. I've been trying to lower body fat, skin drink more water daily (around 1 liter 300 ml minimum daily), thumb pulling, sleeping on a back everyday, keeping low sodium, less dirty carbs, more protein, and low calories, I've been also hitting the gym, and eating more hard food, so I would train my jaw. There are some progress that I see, but I don't know how to work on bones, eyes area.
