while I was walking back from uni, I saw my reflection in some windows and I really thought I looked good and like I had good bone density and definition. Then I saw myself in the bathroom mirror and still thought I looked decent so wanted to take a video....seeing the result: bones gone, heavily bloated, contrast gone!
