it only gave me countless new insecurities that i can't fix without surgery.
Im ascending and having " a better life" because of it in theory, but my life is way worse than before. my life right now isn't bad. I don't even get bullied anymore. But my serotonin levels are at an all time low
mental healthmaxxing is key and looksmaxxing destroys mental health

I only come on here cause I have online friends like @Xyn but even if i left this forum looksmaxxing will always haunt me be it on tiktok,youtube or classmates talking about it at school. You can#t leave this shit once youre too deep

I actually did sungazing today and yesterday. felt good but when the sun is gone depression comes back

It's ok i've been off it for a month but i think you should just set certain time like a hour to use this forum and no any second longer, i think it's better choice
