I hate nightmares

I don't remember the last time I actually had a peaceful dream, all I do is get traumatised in my sleep
And I had such a shit day too, all sort of fucked up stuff happened, and it's 3 am but I'm too scared to go to sleep cause I can just feel how much trauma I'll probably get from my sleep too
Neither real life nor sleeping is peaceful for me, guess ima just have to die atp I just want some quiet

I used to have nightmares every night many years ago when some bs happened to me. I usually watch something while I sleep idk if u can do that. If I next to my girl I have ear buds in if not I have it loud. Usually some podcast that doesn't get too deep or thoughtful. Sometimes I watch some cartoons from my childhood. I would try it if I was you it will sip in ur subconscious good luck my friend

They shouldn't be living outside if they're domestic rabbits (not bred for food) there's too many dangers. To have them in gardens cause birds can get in foxes etc. It should always be supervised. Anyways I don't mean to rag on you bro. Sorry for ur loss I get upset when I hear stories. They always go 'I used to have a rabbit but.. ' insert some vs excuse why they got smoked
