Is sunscreen bad for you?Cancermaxxing
The titanium dioxide molecule used in sunscreens is carcinogen, alters DNA and isn't eliminated. For example you find traces in breast milks of womenIs sunscreen bad for you?
So no sunscreen at the beach is better? The titanium dioxide molecule used in sunscreens is carcinogen, alters DNA and isn't eliminated. For example you find traces in breast milks of women
No it's even worse because it triggers skin cancer (lazy to explain in details but if you're all year around living without seeing the sun, if you're exposing yourself directly, your skin cells aren't prepared correctly to protect you by creating melanin, and then triggers the growth of hazardous skin cells = cancers)So no sunscreen at the beach is better?
Over for me then but thanks for the explanationNo it's even worse because it triggers skin cancer (lazy to explain in details but if you're all year around living without seeing the sun, if you're exposing yourself directly, your skin cells aren't prepared correctly to protect you by creating melanin, and then triggers the growth of hazardous skin cells = cancers)
Ideally not exposing yourself and tanning like leather but i recommend zinc oxide based sunscreens, far less toxic
nah, depends on ur genes and diet tbh, uv rays is helpful for u, high intake of zinc rich food, omega 3s and saturated fat will make u immune to surn burnNo it's even worse because it triggers skin cancer (lazy to explain in details but if you're all year around living without seeing the sun, if you're exposing yourself directly, your skin cells aren't prepared correctly to protect you by creating melanin, and then triggers the growth of hazardous skin cells = cancers)

I think Omega 3s helps you to recover quicker from a sunburn but not makes you immune to sunburn it's impossible, even worse for white peoplenah, depends on ur genes and diet tbh, uv rays is helpful for u, high intake of zinc rich food, omega 3s and saturated fat will make u immune to surn burn
most studies showing the conclusion that people get sunburn are usually people with bad dietI think Omega 3s helps you to recover quicker from a sunburn but not makes you immune to sunburn it's impossible, even worse for white people
1/ Why aren't you motm & staff yet tbhmost studies showing the conclusion that people get sunburn are usually people with bad diet

Ultraviolet radiation (UVR) in sunlight has deleterious effects on skin, while behavioural changes have resulted in people gaining more sun exposure. also lack of sun exposure is linked with breast cancer and colorectal cancer
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8080949/ this study shows how there is no study showing actual proof that sun causes cancer

yeah i get it man, i was just trying to shift ur perspective a bitI never said that sun was bad, but it's strong exposition just during few days per year can alterate skin cells, and for it's anti-cancer properties, it needs to be all year around exposure at not-too-aggressive UVs yk
i will be one day!!!!!1/ Why aren't you motm & staff yet tbh
