You could just do rucking and incline walks for cardiovascular conditionning and calories expenditure

For weight-lifting stick to the basics, just do 2 hard sets. Natties don't need junk volume they need frequency

I usually do that but it’s boring asf. I would rather swim but I don’t want to ruin my blowouts.

Not as in those corny ass gym edit shits. I just really like weightlifting, for me it turned into a passion and it has a big impact im my life. Also the one who enjoys the process too would come further than one just wants the result without the effort.

I try to do ruckings in the forrest and adding-up kilometers and adding weight to the backpack.

When i'm home i have an incline walking machine and a weighted vest to do the same, except i can watch netflix, youtube etc
