I hate this about my eyes

I have almond shaped eyes and thick eyebrows and both my eyes are hooded but one of my eyes is less hooded giving the appearance that my face is super uneven and that one of my eyes are bigger, I’m not old enough for eyelid surgery and if there’s no fix what’s a good cope
