You know someone said this to me before too, i think it would explain some stuff

but i dont want autism on my medical record so i wont bother

my dad was the same like very antisocial kinda

I get that. Sometimes I go through phases where I just can’t be social, even if I’m not sad or anything. It’s like my brain just needs a break from people, and talking feels exhausting for no obvious reason. I don’t think it necessarily means something’s wrong with you. Just try not to isolate yourself foreverif it lasts for weeks
