Thanks brother I remember when I was 13 and my mom realised I had stayed up till atleast 3 in the morning every night for months even on school days she took my phone so I can sleep more and It was so over because I obviously couldn't sleep I did this for months lol and then I bought melatonin spray and started using it every night but after 7 months of using like 5-6 sprays every night (lots of money) I could just sleep perfectly fine but then I started having sleep problems because I just didn't do enough to be tired random shit but I just rememberd it
