… my hips are wide from my ‘love handles’ so it goes out then in then out again so it just looks stupid, I’m currently bulking to 75kg but I seem to always have love handles even when I was like 11% bf.
Does anyone know what % on average they go away at, also sorry for the huge context.

Thanks I turned 15 a few months ago I’ve had them since like 13 I literally was underweight at 12 and 13 and had no muscle, like the only fat was my love handles, if it’s bone would it ever change or would I need to get surgery?

Wait and see I guess, doubt it would change much

And no I’d say surgery would be quite high risk for an issue like that and not much reward
