I was thinking I could up my test dose to 750 and add clen but I am not knowledgeable in cutting psl help me

going down to 5% is basicly impossible. especially if you want to have it in a shorter time.

but either way, if you wanna cut i recomend reta, i have heard some people took anavar to cut down but personally im not a fan, especially if you are already on test.

5% is basicly stage lean for some people.

8%-12% is more then enough.

No not down to 5% bf lol. I need to loose 5% bf. I want to be at like %13-14
 
when i was at the end of my cut i basicly ate maintenence but i walked/ran 20k steps a day to get a calorie deficit, i also swam a lot.
Did u loose any muscle mass?

at the start of my cut (where i basicly ate nothing) i lost about 3-5kg of musclemass, after i actually learned to cut a few months later i got better and started with a more casual deficit of 400-600.

like rich piana said, cardio doesnt burn muscle, you only loose muscle if you dont eat enough to make up for the lost calories.

If you really need to shed it that fast tren is the best option and eating only one chicken breast and lettuce and drink water all day
