by weird jaw I’m guessing you mean a recessed mandible. Visually, thats the only thing I’m noticing. It’s not very pronounced so shouldn’t be a big concern.

unfortunately there’s little natural things you can do. jaw surgery is recommended for extreme cases (wouldn’t recommend a genioplasty for you) filler can give the appearance of a more pronounced jaw. Chin implants too. Orthodontics could fix it depending on if it’s a bite issue/ especially if you’re still growing.

For TMJ:
you can get Botox in your massaters, (you look young id say wait until at least 18 before considering this option)

There are facial massages you can go to relieve tension. Google has plenty of resources

You could go to a myofunctional clinic and ask for a consultation. Usually those are free so you can ask a professional about any concerns.

Medication can relieve pain, and dentists can prescribe nighttime appliances to keep you from grinding. Good luck

do you think braces could help at all as my bite is i think slight underbite but i don’t think a dentist would let me have braces?

and do you also think my maxilla is fine because i’ve always thought it to be flat and my nose isn’t projected or straight?

yes, I think braces could definitely benefit you since (I’m guessing) your chin rn isn’t less than 3mm misaligned. with braces, moving the incisal edges of the upper incisors forward will also allow the lower jaw to move forward resulting in a reduced recessed chin appearance. if you end up going that route just point out your chin concern to your dentist. If you get braces try to opt for Damon, or ones with extra elastic support. Typically your orthodontist should know what to offer.

your maxilla looks fine.
