I have all the symptoms of dry socket

All exept for a fever wtf it hurts so bad I took my pain meds but they aren't helping yet and they usually help in like 20 min

Are you sure it's dry socket? Normally dry socket is caused by the clot coming out from the gums during the healing process. Your breath would probably smell a bit bad and if you have an oral mirror and a flashlight you should be able to tell

Not sure but I have most of the symptoms if it's not that it's probably an infection cuz I can't take my anti boitics cuz the pharmacy is being difficult and thinks I'm allergic cuz I got a small rash once as a baby after taking them so they called in new ones and my dad hasn't picked them up and won't do it till tommorow

Also I have no dental tools at home and can't even open my mouth much
