I have the kind of mental illness which nobody has.
It's conscious breathing. It doesn't happen everytime, just comes and goes. I feel like I have to control my breathing reflex instead of automatic. I get afraid that I may collapse and lose consciousness but I never collapsed.
I have this illness for last 3.5 years. Most of the time it happens whenever I step out of home. It's because I fear I may get conscious breathing if I go there.
Since last few weeks it has exacerbated.
