Experience I have been on Aknenormin/Accutane for three weeks now

I am currently taking 40/20 mg every day. So far, I havent seen major improvements, but I think it might be better than on the first day.
Since I have had acne for a long time, it is hard for me to really notice small changes. When I look in the mirror, I mostly just see the acne, so it is difficult to judge if it is improving or not.
My skin is not very dry yet, but my lips are extremely dry. I am using Vaseline regularly, which helps and keeps it under control.
