It really depends how i get them. Usually I might have like 1-2 week time period of daily nose bleeds and each one usually happens mid day and how long it lasts idk. If I’m able to lay down and make the bloood freeze or dry out quick then that’s when it commences
mines when i have them last like 15 ish minutes my record is 40 minutes and i have grown to like the taste of blood

How would punching your nose help, when i had it, it was like half an our, i always looked up so nothing dropped out of my nose
i have fissures or some like specific cut in my nose and it doesn’t close and heal all the way and when i punch my nose it basically removes like the dried blood or wtv might be protecting it and kinda like allows the blood to come
I had nothing i just randomly started bleeding out of my nose
