How do I get red of these red bumps on my nose? I used to get a pimple on the tip of my nose and it goes away but recently the redness stayed. Is it the sugar on my diet?

Sugar can contribute to the problem but it can't be the only reason. If this redness isn't going away after the pimples are gone, try using niacinamide serum. Also avoid harsh skincare products
