Long lower third I have great gum show according to periodontist (average which is good cuz not too much not too little) and normal philtrum, my lower third is just long

Midface ratio is like 1.074

that's what makes your face appear long, i don't think you can classify it as "long face syndrome", cause your occlusion is good and it's more of a proportion issue

Chin is VERY long like 3.2:1 ratio

jaw frontal angle like 83. something, a small deviation from the ideal but still good and not enough to worry about

FWHR is like 1.8 but total FWHR is 1.53 so it’s the chin elongating my face

That’s tuff cuz I was talking to an oral surgeon on Facebook based in the U.S. my chin has a deep labiomental fold (I’m not recessed though) and he says surgical reduction of the fold would involve lengthening to chin area more My chin is very prominent in general I might have to live with it idk… I guess I could shorten the chin and use fillers in the fold but have to be careful to make sure I don’t shorten chin too much
