I eat relatively healthy, sunlight, sunscreen, shower filter, and proper skin care, not really sure what else I can do.

Many men change significantly between the ages of 18 and 22 their facial features mature, their voices deepen, they grow beards, and their shoulders broaden. Acne can seriously affect appearance, but it can improve with the right care wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser. Avoid touching your face. Apply ice to your face twice a day, morning and evening. Reduce sugary and excessively fatty foods. See a dermatologist if necessary.
And if your beard is sparse, I recommend shaving it off because sparse beard hair is an indicator of an unhealthy individual; it would be better to shave it off.
Looking like a child right now isn't permanent, it's just a temporary phase. Believe me in 2-3 years you'll look back at yourself today and smile.

tanner 5 is when puberty is pretty much over. but even so, up until 21-22 ur face will still be maturing. ur probably gonna stay 5'7" tho. if in 4-5 years u still look like a boy just blast test. or become a pretty boy.

Yea, my cheekbones are pretty flat. But I do havë some face fat to lose so maybe I just need to lose it. My bone structure doesn’t look terrible though
