sleep, icing, eye creams with volufline and/or caffeine, vitamin c, dont do drugs, be healthy

castor/rosemary oil < the one i use
avoid using peppermint it is a strong irritant and will hurt the eyes. coconut oil doesnt do anything and just clogs skin
dont get the oil in your eyes
