I sometimes have suicidal thoughts (not longer than 3-4 days). I sometimes have those days when I'm so sad and hate my life, and I basically just start to cry. I always feel embarrassed afterward. It starts with me having sad thoughts and overthinking about never finding love and finishing school successfully. I watch a lot of TikTok, and, somehow, always when I'm sad, those sad TikTok videos pop up on my For You page, and they start to feed my bad thoughts. I feel very sad for some hours, and the thought of committing suicide (I would never kill myself) floats around in my head, and it actually depresses me from having those thoughts. I don't know what to do to feel very happy. I'm not always sad, but I'm not happy often. I don't have anybody else to talk to about this, so I just posted this here. Please don't judge me.
