theres only a few users who actually know how to build muscle most effectivly, all the others just copy what they heard. even some of the guides in must read are just wrong or way to simplified, @Blackpillirony 's guide still isnt out, and people are even starting to say that training is cope (which it isnt).

Bruh I wrote like 1000 words worth on how to effectively build muscle and rest based on a study showing how training close to failure is optimal in a 6-12 reps range per set. I am so fucking pissed but I should be able to upload it around Christmas.

normally when i talk about science based shit they go on my account and then say that it seems to be working, so i think im doing good
