I have wrinkles on my face at 17

mind your diet and stress levels . its not sunscreen
Existing is inherently stressful, but if I'd cut out the poison carbs and eaten more meat on the bone I could've had some sort of potential and now I made my bed so I have to lay in it

sensation is to be enjoyed and all we want is to be happy and healthy

Should've used sunscreen more often.
Slept more.
Ate wayyy more meat and healthy fats.
Did skincare.
Not cried and gotten angry as fuck over random shit that doesn't mtter and crinkled my face like that.

I can't really fall into deep sleep for 8 hours though but with enough sedatives that won't be a problem and what diet is best for skin besides just lots of boen broth and collagen?

dont take sedatives

No tech 1hr before bed, go outside (to fix circadian rhythm ), Wake up at a certain time and go to sleep at a certain time (dont sleep in and dont go to bed early or late) , work out 1x a week ( or run 2x a week )
 
Can't choke down organs but the rest is doable, then again beauty is pain so organs it is
they taste good to me just depends where you get hm ig

prolly u was moving your face in a way that can cause wrinkles for a prolonged time for example keeping your eyebrows up
