Seasoning is 0 fucking cal, vegtables are virtually 0 cals.
Seasonings are mogger for health and helped me clear my skin a ton
I eat pasta atleast once weekly and rice probably once or twice a week ontop of that. I still stay ridiculously lean because omad + I actually enjoy the food I eat.
The most "plain" food I eat is stew which is incredibly low cal but insanely filing
