I forgot to mention another thing. expand super, super slow, about 1mm per month. That way you can also avoid getting a large gap in your teeth. These issues like the one you present come from when people do 'rapid' expansion, which is rather stupid, especially since your suture is still very soft, you don't need much force to 'crack' the suture open. They will not need to do a suture cut on you because of that, all they will do is screw into the maxilla. You should watch some videos of it being installed, it looks far closer to orthodontic treatment than surgical treatment. Its not as bad as you'd think. If I had known about this at age 13, I would have absolutely tried to get one. Now im 20, and its much, much harder to get.
While I completely understand if you don't want an invasive procedure at all, I will let you know that those few mm of bone are what determines your face. It's the few mm of projection here, and the few degrees of angle here, etc that count.
Idk how the healthcare system in Bulgaria works, but its worth an ask.
I think the toothborne expander you have may help, but if you really want to ascend, you need a bone borne thing.
Regardless don't feel forced to do anything you don't think is a good idea. I'm just letting you know the facts
