Me and my buddy was at the gym and it got pretty late but it was alr after we got done we decided to go to his place and just play some super smash bros and chill. After being there for a while he goes down to get us some snacks and i start to hear him and his mother arguing and i start to hear the craziest shit like his mother fr said " why are you so fucking ugly why cant u be beautiful" and hes very self-conscious about his looks like who even says that to there own son? and when he went back up i asked if this is normal and he said yes. Like at that moment i really understood why he always complains about his parents. Its just crazy to me that u could go for som1s insecurities like that, especially ur own blood and skin
