I just realized how scary mods are

If you get on a mods bad side what’s stopping them from getting your ip or router? They know exactly where you are (your house) and could just doxx you. Especially on other sites seems like they be giving mods to anyone, if a mod dislikes you he can log your ip and now has your address.

Mods may think this wouldn’t happen, but it’s plausible. Especially if someone gets demoted and logged some users info.

True, I know org mods who went hell and back to find dirt on certain users in order to ban them. Very messed up.
