Exercising self introspection I realized the tiktok memes were true and that I don't, if ever, season my meat.

I did not know what to add to my cooked liver (I normally have it unseasoned raw)...so I went all in.

I added iodized salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili flakes, basil, mixed spice, cinnamon, sautéed onions with it.

Once cooked I put honey on it because I saw an ethnic non European once add honey to his meat on a cooking show and he said it tastes good.

The end result is it tasted quite nice. Sweet but not too sweat. Salty but not too salty. Spice but not too spicy. The variety of flavors cuts across the gamy taste of the liver.

“I just seasoned MY meat”
I don't understand. I did season my meat. The liver was purchased at the grocery store, albeit with my mother's money. Technically it is not my meat but my mother's. In effect the meat belongs to me as I had purchased it with my mother's consent for my benefit of consumption.
