tbh the risks with latisse are over stated i used it and i’m completely fine and tbh the issues of low orbital fat are easily fixable through fat graft or filler imo but it happens to such a low% if people, if bimatoprost was effective at fat necrosis it would be used in fat dissolvers but it’s not
