Hairline : easy fix with dreads/longer hair style
Cheekbones: I’m planing on getting implants or a combination of custom implants
Bloating: I’m not bloated I’m recessed

you have a good eye area icl. your nostrils are too flaired and lips are too small. the nose is 100% fixable with softmaxxes. a hardmaxx in the future would definitely help tho. same with your lips. also shave your side burns off and maybe start a loc journey or redo the corn rows.
