I know that the derma stamp can cause infections but what makes the derma pen or roller more special and how would u clean it?

Bs have used derma roller for past one year no infection dk bout derma stamps though and for cleaning is used to sanitize spray it daily after usage and used to keep it in a tight box and used to wash it one more time before using and pls don’t use it daily 2 times a week is alr more than necessary
