how would you know if you live in delusion if you live in delusion that could be another delusional thought so do you trust your self to determine if you live in delusion really? Like a man with a brain lesion has the most absurd thoughts and one day forms the thought that he has a brain lesion, would you trust his judgment? To me he has no real knowledge of the fact, so how can one in delusion say they are in delusion and be certain this is a true realisation?
