Lifefuel / Motivation I love you Sudafed

My nose is very congested also.

Have you tried those sinus cleaners that stick water in all in it? I want to try it but I am scared ill just end up with water stuck in my nose.

I want to also try those nose expanders. I breathe fine most of the year it’s only during winter that I get blocked up. I sleep fine so I think any sort of pallet expansion is overkill.
