I'm 16, I was thinking about getting leaner this summer, but thinking about it a little harder, I realized that I would not gain any muscle on a cut, I'd probably lose some, and if my height genetics even had a 10% chance of growing even a little bit, I'd nuke that chance, I'd nuke the testosterone, nuke any leftover facial development and so on, it's simply not worth it, so I decided to stay 180 lb 5'9.8 for now and I'm not gonna be dipping below 180 lb until I'm 180 lb with a whole lot of muscle, is this the right choice bluds

For context I was planning to cut to 150 lb in 3-5 months and then do a lean bulk
 
Okay so what do I do
Count cals deficit maybe 70%-75, eat clean whole foods, hit 1g/pound protein. Get blood test after like a month of deficit, take supplements of any deficiencies.
Train each muscle group twice a week, and hard. abuse caffeine to replace lack of carbs.
Sleep 8 hours, super important.

I dont know what your exercise level is, cant give you a number just do 75%.
I dont think they are directly correlated to height but it makes sense they would help, but i didn't say cut out carbs. Its just you will be on less of them, its not a big deal, would be worried if you were going on keto, but this is fine.
 
Also from personal experience, i went on a cut for year and half while i was in puberty going down 143 pound. I was able to put on muscle and grew 2 inches taller to 6'5.
