I may relapse tn after 6 months sober bc of my stupid high inhibitions

It’s my girls birthday party so I can’t not go but I think it will be too unbearable sober with my tism. Also I can’t drink cuz when I start I can’t stop. So I think il take low dose of opiates just enough to lower my inhib without getting absolutely plastered. And then go back to being sober tomorrow @Schizotypalcel @emeraldpill

Yeah she said it will be chill and I won’t need to but she’s also extremely nt and extroverted so can’t really understand why Im tripping about it 😭

How well do you know the people there? Like are you close at all w her friend group? I always found it easier to stay off things even in social setting when I was around people I knew well

Regardless though anything you can do to distract yourself would be good
