My urine’s been pretty dark

My face is inflamed and bloated

I feel sick overall

Sleep is bad

Lost a touch with reality

Mood swings

Depression (not feeling sad, but not caring about anything, being apathetic)

Idk how I got here, prob stress due to working full time job while being in college and helping other people with side projects having almost no sleep destroying my body in the gym and taking steroids

It’s been like that for the last couple of months now

I think if I keep it that way I might die pretty soon
