I cut my ends so often it's now a form of entertainment for me and when I can't cut them i start pulling my hair out, I also used to excessively pluck my eyebrows, any tips how to stop before it becomes a mess?

same i just always did it felt so nice and satysfying
listen to music or get a fidget toy or smt

you can maybe use a hand gripper for getting your hands busy

Fidget toys for sure, try different ones before you decide it doesn’t work , also the more effort I put into my hair the less I wanna pick it
