i dont believe in moral nativism, obviously we get our morals from our environment. very few people are able to distinguish their personal morals from their religion, because religion is just another key part of your environment. you do not lack critical thinking if your beliefs are built off of your religion, you only lack critical thinking if you go along with the rules of your religion while they contradict your personal values.

Many people only follow religions because they are taught to, not because they truly believe in them. That's what I mean when I say that most religious people lack critical thinking.

i understand people saying that it should be special, but not everybody subscribes to the idea that their first time should be special. sometimes that idea puts pressure onto people when sometimes it should just happen. however, the way you worded this was very distasteful
