What he did was understandable, the process of appealing a ban that was in my opinion not justified based off the lack of evidence I'm looking at is super annoying & difficult.

He alted because of the ridiculous ban appeal system here, he wanted to appeal his main accounts ban but there's no ban appeal subforum so he'd have to email Dean, maybe he did and never got a response, maybe he didn't, it still shouldn't be as complicated as it is
No way it’s that hard to contact dean. I guess you can ask if he sent an email or has reached out in any way
