SO to simplify my situation,

I am in my first term of year 12,
I work two jobs, a part-time role and a casual role (I play and Boost). My goal for ATAR or HSC goal is to get a 90+ to get into a good university.
I have been trying to gym as often as possible, but while I am juggling these jobs and Study simultaneously, I am put into a predicament.

On one hand, I have 4 days of work of week and i get in maybe an hour of study on top of that on a school day, and on the weekends usually the rest of the day if I have no event to attend to (I usually am volunteering at charity events and have family bonding time). As well as this, I have 2-3 dedicated days to just studying after school; could be going to the library or just home study. This leaves me practically no time for gym, so on average i got maybe once or twice a week. WHICH IS SHIT. But still i try to maintain those gains by constant physical activity at school whether its basketball or football at break times. WHICH ISNT GOOD ENOUGH. Before i started my first term of year 12, especially in the break between the year change, i noticed a difference in not just my weight but my physique, losing unnecessary fat and such.

My main problem is that that unnecessary fat on my body is starting to come back. I've tried a lot too as well like completely removing soft drink and limiting myself to sugar/salted foods, and have an overall decent diet. I am afraid if i don't dedicate to improving myself more though i will fall behind on everything and lead myself to mistakes if ykwim.

Any advice?
