so like you think I should just do the basics like not eating slop
Yes white bread, sugary foods, and processed foods, which rapidly raise blood sugar, increase insulin (IGF-1) levels, triggering sebum (oil) production. Dairy products In some people, hormones in cow's milk can exacerbate acne. If you pay attention to these, you can reduce the level of inflammation (redness) in your skin.

andd like skin products from like a pharmacy?
It's not mandatory, but drugstore brands (dermocosmetics) are generally fragrance-free and clinically tested. However, you can also get very good results from affordable supermarket brands (like Simple) by reading the ingredients list.

Lowky which brands are good tho 🤔🤔cerave made me...

Avoid complicated routines. Cleanse, moisturize, and protect from the sun. Once your skin calms down, you can move on to targeted acne treatments under the supervision of a doctor.

If yellow/dark under-eye bags are genetic, cosmetic products can't completely eliminate them. However, lack of sleep and dryness can make them more noticeable. An affordable serum containing caffeine might help with puffiness, but the best solution is plenty of water and intense hydration.

Doxycycline is an antibiotic and can be effective for inflammatory acne (papules). However, this decision must be made by a dermatologist. If you receive a prescription, you should never neglect to moisturize your skin extra and use sunscreen (antibiotics make skin more sensitive to the sun) in addition to the antibiotic.

Simple (Kind to Skin Series) one of the best budget-friendly options. It has very clean ingredients and is free of perfume and harsh chemicals.

La Roche-Posay (Toleriane Series) the gold standard for sensitive skin. 'Toleriane Sensitive Fluid' is oil-free but highly moisturizing.

Since your skin is currently both dry and reactive, opt for products with fewer ingredients. Choose a cleanser that doesn't foam or foams minimally, and a water-based moisturizer that repairs the barrier (containing ceramides or panthenol).

cerave made me break out
It's not surprising that CeraVe can cause breakouts. Some of the thickeners and fatty alcohols it contains (especially in cream form) can create a pore-clogging (comedogenic) effect on some acne-prone skin types. Scientifically, there's no 'one-size-fits-all' product.
