So i have been mewing ever since i can remember - im 17 now - but i never did it consiously. Now i can feel that my palette is noticeably more developed on my left than my right side. This contributes to asymmetry, right?

how can i fix it now, or do i need othrodontic intervention/surgery

Orthodontics is always the way to go. Mewing van help but only if you already have genetic potential and been doing it since birth. Mewing is mostly cope imo. Just good tongue posture aint gonna do shit.

like literly just suction the thung to make more pressure?
This guy is 14 and skinnyfat. He also follows a vegetarian diet. Dont listen to him please. You aint gonna look better by suction mewing. If it was that easy everyone would be chad

i mean, maybe ive not done it since birth, but since i was 10 i did it i know. Also i did have braces, but this was before my looksmax journey, so it was traditional that recess the face. And know my bite is "perfect" in a functional way but not cosmetic, so i cant get anything else done exept if i pay, which is extremly expensive in denmark
