i need help with redness on cheeks

my cheeks and even my ears have always been very red and im wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to get rid of it because it looks very bad on me

I would try going to a dermatologist to see if you can get a prescription strength cream to reduce redness but if you cant I would recommend anything with Azelaic Acid in it.
