Honestly bro people like to overcomplicate shit. If you're 14 the most important thing for gains is literally just consistency. If you're hitting every muscle group twice a week and going to failure multiple sets, getting 8 hours of sleep, and a gram of protein per lb of bodyweight you will grow. You dont need ashwaganda or tongat ali or snake oil, consistency is key. Protein powder and creatine are objectively beneficial, but aren't necessary especially for beginners. For skin care start with a daily cleanser and maybe a moisturizer. There are a ton of guides for haircare and skincare anywhere online. For general health, magnesium and vitamin d3, and omega 3s are good.I need help with supplements for skin , gym and growth(height).
