I caught a really bad cold possibly the strongest I've ever got

I can't breath my airway blocked

Im a fast talker, when I try to use my mouth muscles it feels heavy as shit

I feel pain all over my body especially in my spine

I took my medicine and a 2 hours nap twice hoping to feel better and I'm feeling fucking worse

I feel like I'm slowly dying
I know I won't die I'm not retarded but that's how I feel

let me know what can I do to get this shit cured

I Dont Know But Drink alot of Water, Rest enough, Dont Stress and when You Feel Like you Cant Breathe try to Stay calm Sounds Bad but i was Here aswell i Woke Up and couldnt Breathe over The whole Summer 2024 and Threw Up after everything i ate or Drunk
