I've been alone my whole life. No teenage love, zero girls in my life. No friends and no success in my life. Everything is wrong.

I think I'll be alone for the rest of my life and my looks may play a big important part of that. Could you help me to ascend guys, I need serious help. Im also 5'8" and ethnic so that is not helping for sure.

Yout not fat but you have higher body fat than you think you do. Having big muscles allows you to be higher body fat and get away with if but the face doesn't get the same effect. Muscles just offset how much fat you can have before it looks "fat" if you focused on getting leaner and I mean actually lean. I promise your face will get leaner as a result and you will see whst potential you have. Having abs doesn't always mean your lean

Eddi hall is good example. Look abs. Must mean he's shredded right? No he just has a lot of muscle and big abs. They poke through his obese fat. He's still obese as fucks. He's likely 30% to 28% body fat here.

Have you tested or are you just guessing? Have you did skin fold caliper test? Have you did a bodyweight scan? I'm sorry but let's not start saying our eyes can be the best judge.....I can look at your face and tell you have lots of weight to lose. In some pics you look leaner but that just means good lighting the leaner you get the less lighting you need.

You would be surprised how much it can ascend you. You look good but you def can stand to be leaner.
