The first photo is me in March and the other photo is me on august 8th (today) I don’t have a means of getting to a gym to lose fat, which would overall lead to facial gains, so I’ve been attempting 10k steps a day (or 5 miles) and a full body home workout with the 2 weight plates I have. So I’m hella limited, the 2 plates are only 25 pounds (abt 11.3 kilos). Been limiting my calories too. I need to know more specific things to improve my looks. I shaved my head not too long ago, so my hair is regrowing. Gonna go to a stylist when it’s long enough.
