Rage i need to become NT again

i literally cannot project my voice and have trouble speaking. its humiliating asf i am almost 19 and i have nothing going for myself and even autists have better social skills than me. been thinking about getting a job so i can talk to co workers but i have nothing to talk about and rn im bald skinnyfat subhuman so idk, i do have classes with ppl in it obv but they alr have friend groups

im exaggerating it lmao. my hair is growing and will be fine in a month or two, and im not that skinnyfat i weigh less than 130lbs at 5'11

i have a similar problem in class, my voice starts off really small and i have to force myself to repeat and project myself
